Job Description:

We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Chairman. This is the first time the Chairman is appointing an EA, offering a unique opportunity to establish and shape this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level executive support to the Chairman

- Assist in business development and client relationship management (hunting and farming)

- Drive accountability and ownership in all assigned tasks

- Collaborate closely with leadership to support turnaround initiatives

Candidate Profile:

- 5-6 years of experience from top consulting firms

- Strong consulting background with strategic thinking skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset, preferably from a business family background

- Ownership and accountability driven

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
