ExcelR is a leading EdTech and training solutions company with a strong presence in IT, management, and blue-collar skilling domains. With a robust industry network and focus on employability, we partner with corporates and staffing majors to ensure successful career outcomes for our learners.
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Placement/Staffing Head to lead our placement/staffing initiatives across IT and blue-collar manpower verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
a) Define and drive the placement vision and strategy for IT professionals and blue-collar manpower across India.
b) Lead, mentor, and scale large placement and corporate relations teams.
Client & Industry Engagement:
a) Leverage existing connects with large staffing and manpower companies such as Quess, Adecco, TeamLease, Randstad, and other leading GCCs/IT firms.
b) Develop and sustain strong CXO/decision-maker relationships with corporates to drive placement/staffing partnerships.
Operational Excellence:
a) Build and manage a pipeline of placement opportunities across IT services, product companies, GCCs, and large manpower contractors.
b) Oversee end-to-end placement operations ensuring smooth employer student engagement.
c) Achieve high placement conversion rates while ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Business Growth & Partnerships:
a) Collaborate with business development and training delivery teams to design placement-linked programs.
b) Establish MoUs with key corporates, GCCs, staffing companies, and blue-collar manpower recruiters.
c) Represent ExcelR in industry forums, events, and conferences to build visibility and partnerships.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 15-25 years of proven experience in placements, staffing, or corporate relations.
- Strong network with large manpower & staffing companies (Quess, Adecco, Randstad, TeamLease, etc.) and IT/GCC leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale large teams (50+ members).
- Deep understanding of IT hiring trends, GCC requirements, and blue-collar workforce placement dynamics.
- Strong relationship management, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
