
Key Responsibilities:
1. Timesheet & Leave Management
- Manage and track consultant timesheets to ensure timely payroll and billing
- Understand and process various US leave types such as PTO, Furlough, LWD, and PLAWA
- Identify and resolve common timesheet errors
- Send timely reminders for month-end time entry and holiday schedules
2. Employee Communication & Mass HR Announcements
- Draft and send clear, concise, and professional HR communications
- Structure emails related to policy changes, system updates, holiday notices, and more
- Maintain a positive and professional tone across all communication
3. Wellness Check-Ins & Retention Support
- Conduct regular wellness calls with consultants to assess well-being and satisfaction
- Document notes professionally and escalate concerns as needed
- Understand how wellness initiatives support consultant retention
4. Benefits & Insurance Support
- Assist with queries related to Health Insurance, 401(k), COBRA, and other employee benefits
- Provide clear and accurate responses during open enrollment and policy updates
5. Immigration Support
- Provide basic information on H-1B transfers, amendments, and LCA posting requirements
- Respond to routine immigration-related questions from employees
6. Onboarding Coordination
- Coordinate onboarding documentation, including:
7. HR Tools & Microsoft 365 Usage
- Use Microsoft tools effectively:
- Excel for maintaining logs
- Outlook for daily correspondence
- Teams / Viva Engage for employee engagement
- Microsoft Forms / Lists for evaluations and data collection
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make quick decisions
- Working knowledge of US HR operations, leave tracking, and benefits administration
- Experience in HR systems, documentation management, and Microsoft 365 suite
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to process compliance
