We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to oversee end-to-end social media management and client servicing. The ideal candidate will have experience working with entertainment clients and a strong understanding of digital trends, content strategy, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all content, creative, and video requirements by coordinating with internal creative and operations teams.
- Manage and engage on all social media platforms to promote client assets effectively.
- Develop and execute strong sustenance content plans to maintain brand buzz and audience engagement.
- Analyze social media insights and frame data-driven strategies.
- Innovate in the social media space to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
- Ideate and create digital-friendly content aligned with client objectives.
- Cover events, launches, and other key moments to generate and bank content.
- Understand execution and development life cycles related to social media projects.
- Address and resolve client queries on digital platforms.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- BMM Graduate/MBA with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working with entertainment clients is essential.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Flexible to work on weekends as required.
