Job Title: City Lead / Team Lead.

Location: Chennai, Mumbai, Indore.

Department: Sales.

Experience: 5+ years in Field Sales & Team Management (Experience in Healthcare or Banking is an advantage).

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic City Lead / Team Lead - Sales to drive business growth and manage a high-performing sales team of 20 to 50 members. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in field sales, team leadership, and strategic execution. Prior experience in the healthcare or banking industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 20 to 50 members to achieve business targets.


- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for market expansion.


- Monitor team performance, provide necessary training, and drive productivity.


- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong client relationships.


- Ensure the achievement of revenue and growth targets in the assigned city/region.


- Conduct field visits with the team to understand market dynamics and improve sales efficiency.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and operations to drive business success.


- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.

Key Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in field sales and team management.


- Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities.


- Experience in the Healthcare or Banking sector is an added advantage.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


- Proven ability to drive sales growth and exceed targets.


- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.


- Willingness to travel within the city/region as required.
