Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Positioning:

- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the value proposition to target customer segments.

- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitors to inform product development and marketing strategies.

- Ensure that product messaging aligns with brand identity and market requirements.

Go-to-Market Execution:

- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases.

- Work closely with the product management team to align marketing strategies with the product roadmap and business goals.

- Create and manage launch timelines, ensuring all marketing channels and teams are aligned.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales enablement tools and training that help drive product adoption and sales growth.

- Work with the customer success team to gather feedback, monitor customer satisfaction, and refine marketing efforts.

- Partner with content and digital marketing teams to create engaging product content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, white papers, videos).

Market Research & Analysis:

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and potential growth areas.

- Use data and insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.

Campaign Management:

- Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns that promote product features and benefits.

- Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (e.g., customer acquisition, product usage, retention) and ROI of product marketing initiatives.

- Provide regular updates to senior management on product marketing performance and market insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the IT or technology sector.

- Strong understanding of B2B product marketing and go-to-market strategies.

- Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics).

- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer success.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to craft compelling narratives.

- Strong project management skills with a results-oriented approach.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in cloud solutions, or enterprise software.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

- Expertise in content creation and marketing automation tools.
