Ethiqual - Enterprise IT Sales Specialist

The Enterprise Equipment Sales Specialist will be pivotal in driving sales for enterprise spares (server, storage, and networking), refurbished equipment, as well as the rental and leasing of these items.

This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise hardware, a knack for establishing robust client relationships, and a strategic approach to sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales for enterprise spares including server, storage, and networking components.

2. Familiar with products of CISCO, ARUBA, ARISTA and NETAPP will be added advantage

3. Able to identify and engage with Mid-Level Enterprise Accounts for any of the IT product requirements

4. Champion the sales of refurbished servers, storage devices, networking equipment, and workstations.

5. Develop and manage a portfolio of clients interested in the rental and leasing of enterprise equipment.

6. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring they receive the best-fit equipment for their requirements.

7. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure product quality, availability, and timely delivery.

8. Stay updated with the latest trends in enterprise hardware to provide clients with informed recommendations.

9. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships; ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

10. Develop sales strategies and set quotas in alignment with company objectives.

Requirements:

1. Minimum qualification require- in IT stream or any related stream.

2. Proven sales experience in enterprise hardware or a related field.

3. Strong knowledge of server, storage, and networking hardware.

4. Ability to understand complex technical specifications and translate them into client solutions.

5. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and achieving sales quotas.

6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
