About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.
The role involves analyzing business needs, designing IT-enabled solutions, and ensuring smooth implementation of systems that enhance operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in project management and IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Develop and analyze functional specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Design efficient IT systems and solutions to meet both business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers to implement solutions effectively.
- Coordinate integration of multiple systems and reconcile the needs of different teams.
- Monitor system performance and gather feedback from end-users for continuous improvement.
- Support project planning and execution, including upgrades, software/hardware installations, and process improvements.
- Provide advice, documentation, and technical training to end-users and teams.
- Stay up to date with emerging technology trends, tools, and best practices in business analysis.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, or IT Consultant.
- Hands-on experience in project management and business process mapping.
- Good understanding of databases, system security, and troubleshooting practices.
- Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and requirements management tools.
- Strong knowledge of business practices, workflows, and systems integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile/ Scrum certifications) are an added advantage
