Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for budget planning and controlling to drive brand growth.
- Lead & drive annual brand strategic marketing plans and campaigns to evaluate brand visibilities and maximize business opportunities.
- Ideate and implement brand activities, including, but not limited to, marketing material development, advertising, media, event/activations management, promotion, etc.
- Coordinate with the cross-functional team and external suppliers, both local and overseas, in the development and execution of the brand's strategic plan.
- Monitor brand performance and evaluate the effectiveness of campaign/product launch activities.
- Competitive analysis to identify business opportunities through internal and external research data.
- Monitor and evaluate category performance, leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- New Product Development Develop new products in accordance with the strategy.
