Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead the launch of new programs, from initial client requirements to full operational hand-off. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of coordinating across multiple teams including ITS, development, and center directors. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring all technical and operational requirements are met, and driving internal process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Project Management & Client Interaction: Develop an in-depth understanding of client needs, compile and analyze requirements, and manage the entire program launch process using a detailed action-planning tool.

- Inter-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Leader of PI, center directors, account managers, and internal department leaders to ensure project objectives are met.

- Technical Coordination: Interact with the ITS Manager to meet system requirements and with development personnel to assist with project design documentation and track application/report development timelines.

- Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day activities of a new program until it is successfully launched and handed off to the operations team.

- Process Improvement: Act as a subject matter expert on efficiency and productivity gains, identifying and implementing internal process improvement initiatives.

What We Expect You to Have:

- Education & Experience: A Master's degree or equivalent, with four to ten years of related experience and/or training. Project management experience or education is highly advantageous.

- Language Skills: The ability to analyze and interpret technical journals and financial/legal documents. Strong communication skills to respond to customer inquiries and effectively present information to various groups, including top management and public audiences.

- Mathematical & Reasoning Skills: Proficiency with mathematical concepts like probability, statistical inference, and financial accounting. The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions from a variety of abstract and concrete variables.

- Certificates: A valid driver's license or other government-issued ID.
