Responsibilities:
Strategic Enterprise Sales:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the enterprise market.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry research.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and deal closure.
Key Account Management:
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Understand client needs and challenges, and provide tailored solutions that deliver value and drive client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
Sales Operations & Lead Generation:
- Implement and optimize sales processes and operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads through targeted outreach, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage client data, and generate accurate sales forecasts.
Compelling Sales Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to enterprise clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and address client inquiries and concerns.
- Negotiate complex contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Market Intelligence & Collaboration:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Provide valuable market feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in enterprise sales within the product, e-commerce, or SaaS technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools.
