
Brief Background:
- Coordinating with internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- The role of the Manager/ Assistant Manager is to perform daily operations.
- Project Manager manages key client projects
- This may include training and monitoring team's performance.
- Manager/Assistant managers shall interact with customers and sales account managers for timely update.
- Identify the opportunities for up-sale and cross-sale.
- Manage customer complaints, if any.
- Timely update any escalation issues to the seniors.
- Prepare reports for updating seniors regarding the status of project.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Leading project planning sessions.
- Coordinating staff and internal resources.
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required.
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines.
- Project Budgeting and planning.
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff.
- Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
- Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects.
- Managing large and diverse teams.
- Progress and Review Meetings with clients and client authority.
- Technical discussion with different teams to deliver and implement on side projects.
- Discussion with client on escalated technical issues.
- Co-ordination with solution team to design solution and deploy solution on project.
- Co-ordination with procurement team to fulfill the project requirements.
- Co-ordination with billing and Accounts team for finance and billing.
- Project managers monitor resource utilization and identify potential bottlenecks to optimize resource allocation throughout the project.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate
- Any Project Management certification or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE : 8 to 15 Years
