Key Responsibilities:

Sales Promotion & Campaign Management:

- Develop and execute impactful sales promotion campaigns to drive product demand and achieve sales targets.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize promotional strategies.

- Manage the budget and track the ROI of all sales promotion activities.

Event Management:

- Plan and execute dealer meetings, exhibitions, and other promotional events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution to ensure successful event outcomes.

- Gather feedback and analyze event performance to improve future events.

Dealer Network Management & Support:

- Collaborate with and support a network of 600+ dealers to implement marketing initiatives and achieve sales objectives.

- Develop and deliver training programs for dealers on product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies.

- Provide marketing materials and resources to support dealer sales efforts.

Digital Marketing:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

- Manage social media channels, website content, and online advertising campaigns.

- Analyze digital marketing data and metrics to optimize campaign performance.

- Implement digital tools to enhance dealer engagement and customer reach.

Market Research & Insights:

- Conduct market research and gather insights from Tier-3 cities and rural areas to understand customer needs and preferences.

- Analyze market data and competitive intelligence to identify trends and opportunities.

- Provide recommendations to product development and sales teams based on market insights.

Brand Management:

- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and activities.

- Develop and implement brand building activities.

- Ensure that the brand message is effectively being communicated.

Travel and Field Work:

- Travel extensively to Tier-3 cities and rural areas to conduct market research, support dealers, and attend events.

- Gain firsthand insights into customer needs and market dynamics in rural areas.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Degree in Agriculture or Marketing from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 college.

- 5-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the agricultural equipment or related industry.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales promotion campaigns and marketing initiatives.
