Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting:

- Prepare and finalize unit-level Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets in compliance with corporate accounting standards and timelines.

- Deliver timely and accurate MIS reports with in-depth variance analysis, providing actionable insights for leadership.

- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning to support the unit's growth objectives.

Vendor & Accounts Control:

- Oversee vendor reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, timely settlements, and effective dispute resolution.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, credit control, and cash flow processes to maintain optimum liquidity.

- Strengthen internal financial controls to safeguard assets and optimize working capital utilization.

Business Partnering & Analytics

- Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and procurement teams to provide financial insights and support data-driven decisions.

- Track event-wise profitability, cost allocations, and assist in pricing strategy formulation.

- Provide financial analysis in support of vendor negotiations and client contract finalizations.

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and audit requirements.

- Maintain proper documentation and sound accounting practices aligned with corporate governance standards.

- Liaise with auditors to facilitate smooth, timely audit processes and closure.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA Finance with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in finance leadership roles.

- Strong track record in P&L ownership, monthly and annual financial close, MIS reporting, forecasting, and vendor reconciliation.

- Experience in hospitality, catering, F&B, or luxury services sector preferred.

- Deep knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, compliance, and audit processes.

- Proficiency in ERP and accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or equivalents.
