Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies in the team to achieve sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
- Conduct market research and training sessions for the team to stay updated on industry trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Present and promote real estate properties to potential buyers and investors through various marketing channels, including property tours, open houses, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless buying or selling experience.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all terms and conditions are met to the satisfaction of both parties.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the team's sales activities, client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales or any sales industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction
