We are seeking a dynamic and execution-driven leader to drive strategic business and marketing operations. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Partner Success-designed for someone who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments and can bring structure, alignment, and digital innovation to legacy B2B sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cross-Functional Business Execution
- Own end-to-end coordination across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
- Monitor KPIs, sales funnels, MQL progression, and delivery SLAs through dashboards.
- Solve operational bottlenecks through structured workflows and rapid collaboration.
- Ensure timely and accountable execution of business priorities across teams.
- Strategic Marketing & Demand Generation
- Lead the execution of high-conversion marketing campaigns (WhatsApp, Email, SMS).
- Drive MQL growth via targeted outreach to OEMs, rental leaders, and infra contractors.
- Manage digital branding across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Create compelling sales decks, pitch collateral, and campaign analytics reports.
- Leadership & Communication
- Leverage automation tools like ChatGPT, CRMs, and WhatsApp APIs for messaging and content.
- Exhibit strong business communication and negotiation skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft high-impact campaign messages, investor narratives, and product copy.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 6+ years of experience in business execution, marketing operations, or growth leadership.
- Tech-savvy with hands-on expertise in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics dashboards.
- Ability to bring clarity, speed, and structure in cross-functional, B2B environments.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and a bias for action.
- Experience in equipment, infra, or logistics sectors is a plus.
