We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in industrial automation and software product sales.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth across industrial sectors.

This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering cutting-edge automation and software solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end sales of industrial automation solutions and associated software products

- Identify and develop new B2B clients in manufacturing, process industries, and OEM segments

- Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable automation systems, software platforms, or integrated solutions

- Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations, and technical discussions with decision-makers

- Collaborate with pre-sales, engineering, and technical teams to create compelling proposals

- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable margins and long-term customer relationships

- Prepare and maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies

- Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and client workshops to promote offerings

- Ensure post-sales support coordination and customer satisfaction follow-up

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in industrial automation sales and/or software product selling.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B industrial environment

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business solutions

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events
