About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HSE/HSEQ Manager to oversee health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) operations for an FPSO Production Facility. The role requires strong leadership in risk management, compliance, and operational integrity while ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Serve as the focal point for Client and FPSO operations regarding HSEQ matters.

- Manage internal and external HSEQ interfaces and ensure seamless coordination.

- Promote Operational/Asset Integrity awareness across the organization.

- Conduct HSE inductions for all new onshore personnel (permanent, temporary, and visitors).

- Oversee day-to-day HSEQ activities, ensuring identification and resolution of risks in a cost-effective manner.

- Maintain risk assessment and ensure FPSO operations remain within ALARP (As Low As Reasonably Practicable) risk levels.

- Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and certification requirements, maintaining the Regulatory Compliance Register.

- Maintain and enhance Emergency Response Plans for the FPSO and Kakinada office.

- Ensure all Safety Critical Elements (SCEs), Production Critical Elements (PCEs), and Environmental Critical Elements (ECEs) are in compliance.

- Drive HSE Focus Areas and KPI achievements.

- Conduct HAZID (Hazard Identification) and ENVID (Environmental Impact) reviews as part of Management of Change processes.

- Manage Assurance and Verification audits, ensuring compliance with Operational Integrity (OI) Management System standards.

- Collaborate with the Company Security Officer (CSO) to review and implement security protocols.

- Work alongside the Finance Department and Operations Manager to control HSEQ budgets and expenditures.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- 15+ years of experience in HSEQ management, with FPSO Production Facility experience being mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of HSEQ regulations, compliance standards, and risk management.

- Experience in incident investigation, emergency response, and operational audits.

- Expertise in safety-critical elements, production, and environmental risk management.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage HSEQ budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
