Envecon - Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:

Project Planning, Execution & Risk Management:

- Develop detailed project implementation plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Drive successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timelines.

- Ensure optimal resource planning and deployment to meet project objectives.

- Collaborate with the PMO, Finance, and stakeholders to develop accurate project estimates and resource plans.

- Oversee the creation and approval of critical project documents such as BRDs, SDDs, TDDs, and CRDs.

- Establish milestones and performance metrics to monitor progress.

- Identify potential risks and challenges during the implementation process and develop mitigation strategies

- Proactively address issues to maintain project continuity and client satisfaction.

- Ensure deliverables meet client requirements and obtain formal stakeholder sign-off.

Client Engagement:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients with existing & new customers

- Understand client requirements and ensure alignment with the delivered solution.

- Proactively manage stakeholder communication and relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Product Enhancement :

- Categorize and prioritize product features and enhancements based on profitability and customer needs.

- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to ensure the product's competitive edge.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Strategic Management:

- Provide insights to top management on improving employee engagement and profitability.

- Contribute to the development of new products and enhancement of existing offerings.

Desired Candidate details:

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a focus on building strong team.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

- Proficient in project management tools and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

- Sound knowledge of SDLC documentation, RDBMS, wireframe design, and emerging technologies like Al/ML

- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to travel for short-term assignments domestically or internationally; must hold a valid passport.

Educational Qualification :

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering/Technology, or MBA; additional certifications in Software Development and Project Management are preferred.

Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar is a plus.

Job Location : Mumbai / Work from Office (Monday to Friday)
