Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Study Abroad vertical in Kochi.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in international education, team leadership, and strategic partnerships.

Experience with destinations like the UK, USA, Ireland, Germany (Public Universities), and other European or Schengen countries is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, coordinate, and lead a diverse team of counsellors, sales professionals, visa documentation experts, and managers.

- Ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly enrolment targets.

- Develop strategic alliances with international universities, colleges, and academic institutions.

- Organize and facilitate visits from university delegates and support tie-up activities.

- Oversee the end-to-end counselling process, from profile evaluation to visa guidance.

- Maintain and enhance service quality and student satisfaction throughout the admission journey.

- Mentor, train, and evaluate the performance of the branch team to maintain high standards.

- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to drive lead generation and conversion.

- Ensure accurate reporting and use of CRM tools for effective lead and data management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in overseas education counselling, with at least 12 years in a team lead or senior counsellor role.

- In-depth knowledge of international admissions, SOP/LOR writing, and visa processes for the UK, USA, Ireland, Germany (Public Universities), and other European/Schengen countries.

- Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A genuine passion for mentoring students and supporting their global career aspirations.

- Comfortable with CRM tools, data-driven decision making, and adapting to a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.

- Bachelors degree is a must; certifications in counselling or international education will be an added advantage.

- Proficiency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi.
