About:
- New Business Initiatives: Own end-to-end execution of new projects (e.g. Ozi+ subscription, offline retail GTM, school tie-ups, experience center rollouts).
- Founder Support: Collaborate closely with founders on investor communications, pitch decks, market research, and strategic planning.
- Category & Product Strategy: Deep-dive into category performance, user insights, and competitive benchmarking to drive better curation and customer delight.
- Growth Hacking: Partner with the Growth/Marketing team to test and scale acquisition loops (influencer-led, community-driven, hyperlocal playbooks).
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work across Tech, Ops, and CX to ensure initiatives are aligned and executed on time.
- Team Building: Assist in key hiring, onboarding, and organization design as the team scales.
Ideal Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in consulting, VC, growth-stage startups, or founder's office roles.
- Strong first-principles thinker with high intellectual curiosity.
- Comfort with ambiguous, high-ownership environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for consumer brands, parenting space, or D2C models is a strong plus.
