Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) - PropTech Robotics

Key Responsibilities :


- Strategic Planning: Develop the companys vision, mission, and long-term strategies & align Internal stake holders with the same.

- Product / Tech Roadmap Development: Lay out the mid & long-term road map for product/technology across different markets & use-case applications, basis business potential.

- Fundraising: Engage with potential investors, pitch the business idea, and secure necessary funding.

- Go-To-Market: Evolve a strong GTM strategy to meet the Top line objectives of the company.

- Client Experience: Evolve a world-class product & service experience to the Clients, with SLAs & SOPs and User Interfaces and Tools to deliver a cutting-edge performance.

- Team Building: Recruit, hire, and manage a team that aligns with the companys culture and objectives.

- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently.

- Industry Networking: Build relationships with industry partners, mentors, and other stakeholders.

- Strong Governance - Establish efficient business practices & processes to ensure strong governance and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Essential Skills

- Domain Industry Knowledge General Management profile with experience in Sales & Marketing, Business development, Operations & Finance in the relevant sector of Real Estate and/or Facilities management.

- Varied Geography experience Pan-India experience will be key. Stint in Foreign markets will be a Plus.

- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strong belief in creating & building value, rather than an Employee mindset.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.

- Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial management and fundraising processes.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities for dealing with investors, partners, and suppliers.

2. Preferred Qualifications

- Education: A Masters degree in Business management
