- This role is a true seat at the founders table. As Entrepreneur-in-Residence, you will work directly with the Founder to own and operate nearly 40% of the companys P&L and deliver a seamless customer experience - spanning product development, supply chain, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
- You will lead multiple projects and pods end-to-end, making decisions that directly shape our margins, timelines, and consumer delight.
- Designed as a springboard into leadership, this role will expand as the organisation scales, giving you the opportunity to grow your scope, build teams, and emerge as one of the companys future leaders.
Prior exposure to these problem statements is valuable but not essential. What matters most is a left-brained, high-ownership mindset: people who thrive on structure, problem-solving, and building systems from scratch - and who want to see their fingerprints on the companys trajectory from day one.
The role manages about 40% of the companys P&L.
Core pillars below:
1. Business & Strategy:
- Decide what market &categories the company should enter based on a long term outlook, and consumer + profit pool analysis.
- Support the founder in building long & medium-term growth roadmap including new markets, segments, categories
- Conduct market research and collect insights to identify opportunities
- Contribute to financial and operational planning
2. Own the Product Launch Pipeline:
- Understand market opportunity & spot trends ahead of the curve through consumer and market analysis, forming deep relationships with research houses and product manufacturers.
- Work with sector-experts to create winning formulas, and work with our consumer community to define and outperform on key parameters.
- Create high-quality, disruptive product packaging concepts by working with best-in-class global manufacturers
- Work with GTM team to create high-quality communication, creator etc. concepts and ensure penetration within the category.
3. Operations:
Our view is not to view operations as a P&L drag but a profit centre. How do you transform a broken supply chain into a feature (rather than a bug) driving consumer delight.
- Create a high-quality, robust supply chain based on ear-to-the-ground network building of importers, transporters, warehousing companies, logistics firms etc.
- Build the entire supply chain for the organisation (this is what someone would get to do 10 years into their career at any other startup, 15 years later at an established FMCG).
- Ensure KPIs are met and super-ceded.
Who you are:
- 2-4 years of experience in consulting, Investment Banking, Startups, D2C, FMCG, or beauty/personal care
- Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
- Strong execution skills with the ability to own projects end-to-end with great problem- solving abilities
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication abilities
- Passionate about consumer brands, beauty, and building something from zero to one
