Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Founder on cost management, efficiency, and strategic initiatives.
- Drive data and analytics-led decision-making across business functions.
- Support the design and execution of strategic projects and business reviews.
- Work as a connector between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Bring consulting-style structured problem-solving while applying a D2C operator's lens.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-3 years in top-tier consulting + client-side exposure (preferred in D2C/Consumer sector).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced Founder's Office environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
