General Manager - Operations

Job Description / Responsibilities :

- Motivational leadership towards setting and achieving the company's goals.

- Responsible for smooth multilocation plant operations.

- Co-ordination between Customer requirements and order execution.

- Scaling up of R&D trials upto successful Production.

- Focus on Productivity of all tangible and human resources.

- Optimize Capacity utilization and enhancement where required.

- Co-ordination between Production and Maintenance towards minimal stoppage and optimum quality.

- Monitoring effectiveness of factory expenses.

- Development and implementation of systems across functions.

- Effective co-ordination between all factory departments.

- Maintaining good HR & Industrial Relations.

- Compliance with provisions of Factories Act, Labor Law, GST and other statutory obligations.

Candidate Profile :

Age : Around 40 to 45 Years

Experience : 15 - 20 years (including 3 years in the capacity of managing a plant/s with quality and system focus)

Requirements:

1. Manufacturing Industry experience, multi location preferred.

2. Techno commercial orientation required.

3. Knowledge of Statutory & Legal compliances.

4. Good at maintaining Industrial and Human Relations.

5. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualification :

- Master's Degree in Engineering (Polymers / Mechanical)

- MBA from a reputed institution.

Location of Posting : Nashik - Satpur & Gonde

Relevant Industry : Composite Textile Mill, Fabric Coating, Polymer Industry or related.
