
Job description:
We are seeking a skilled People Analyst to join our team at Entrata.
The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent storytelling skills with data, and the ability to simplify complex insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- HR Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources, including HRIS, ATS, engagement surveys, payroll, etc.
- Create, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports on metrics such as headcount, attrition, DEI, compensation, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
- Workforce Planning & Analytics: Support workforce planning initiatives through trend analysis and forecasting (hiring, turnover, internal mobility, etc.
- Analyze talent pipeline health, recruitment funnel effectiveness, and time-to-fill metrics.
- Employee Engagement & Experience: Analyze engagement survey data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Track progress on action plans and correlate engagement results with other performance or retention data.
- Process Optimization & Automation: Develop and automate regular reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Compliance & Data Integrity: Maintain HR data integrity by performing audits and regular data hygiene checks.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent, L&D, Compensation, and Leadership teams to support people-related decisions with data.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree or HR Analytics certification is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Knowledge of SQL or experience with querying HRIS/ATS systems (e., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Darwinbox).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent storytelling skills with data - ability to simplify complex insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role within HR.
- Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed, or tech-driven environment.
- Exposure to HR metrics, compensation analytics, DEI reporting, or attrition modeling
