Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced mainframe lead for our Legacy Modernization (Mainframe) practice, responsible for building mainframe modernization capabilities and solutions.

- The ideal candidate will have 14+ years of experience in mainframe technologies, with a strong background in technical leadership, technology management and people management.

- Technical Skills: Expertise in mainframe technologies such as COBOL, CICS, DB2, IMS, VSAM, and JCL. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and modern programming languages (e.g. Java)

- Nice to have: exposure of Gen AI technologies such as OpenAI, Gemini AI, Watson Z and Amazon Bedrock would be a plus Strong understanding of organizational process optimization techniques .

- Technology Management Skills: Experience in technology strategy development, roadmap definition and execution Ability to manage and optimize technology budgets Strong understanding of technology trends and innovation Management Skills:

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for providing leadership and direction in the planning and execution of the Mainframe to cloud migration (Azure, AWS, GCP)

- Lead the Legacy Modernization (mainframe) team in developing and delivering innovative solutions

- Work closely with partners to create differentiating value propositions

- Develop and execute the technology strategy for Legacy Modernization practice
