Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Sales Strategy: Define and execute sales strategies to acquire enterprise customers.
Pipeline Growth: Build, manage, and scale a high-quality sales pipeline with a focus on enterprise accounts.
Market & Customer Insights: Identify new business opportunities, engage prospects, and drive conversion.
Competitive Edge: Analyze market trends and competitors to create winning sales strategies.
Solution Selling: Conduct tailored product demonstrations that align with customer needs.
Global Expansion: Work on international RFPs, propose pricing models, and negotiate agreements.
Customer Success Alignment: Collaborate with Product & Customer Success teams to drive customer satisfaction.
Sales Forecasting: Maintain CRM hygiene, ensure pipeline accuracy, and consistently achieve quarterly & yearly sales targets.

- You have a proven track record of driving enterprise business, preferably in the HRTech industry, with 8-15 years of experience delivering outstanding results.
- Strong experience in solution selling, product demos, and consultative sales.
- Exposure to global markets is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in SaaS sales metrics (MRR growth, customer retention, etc.
- Exceptional communication & negotiation skills.
Qualification Criteria.
- B.Tech and/or MBA preferred.
