Position: Enterprise Sales Manager - Finance Solutions (Finance SaaS & Services)

Location: Gurgaon

Mandate: Female candidates only

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented professional to lead enterprise sales for our Accounts Receivable managed services and SaaS solutions. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting mid-to-senior finance leaders across large organizations, driving measurable improvements in their cash flow and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Mapping & Prospecting

- Research and identify potential prospects in the Accounts Receivable domain.

- Map target industries, geographies, and organizational profiles.

- Identify key stakeholders such as CFOs, Finance Heads, and AR Managers.

2. Data Gathering & Lead Generation

- Source accurate contact details using LinkedIn, industry databases, and professional networks.

- Maintain a structured, up-to-date prospect database.

3. Engagement & Outreach

- Initiate contact via personalized LinkedIn messages, emails, and calls.

- Follow up to build relationships and maintain engagement.

- Tailor communication to align with the company's value proposition and address client needs.

4. Product Demonstration Coordination

- Schedule and coordinate demos with prospects and internal teams.

- Showcase the value of managed services and SaaS solutions in solving finance challenges.

5. Pipeline Management & Deal Closure

- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Build trust to improve conversion rates.

- Collaborate with leadership to close deals effectively.

6. Reporting & Feedback

- Keep detailed CRM records of all interactions.

- Share market insights to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

- 5-6 years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience.

- MBA / CA / Master's in Finance (mandatory).

- Strong understanding of financial concepts and terminology (mandatory).

- Prior experience with SaaS or service-led solutions (preferred).

- Confident in engaging senior finance stakeholders.

- Self-starter with high ownership and initiative.

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Willingness to travel.
