Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager with 5-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and relationship-focused professional with a deep understanding of the Data & AI solutions landscape and cloud technologies. You will be responsible for expanding our customer base and global reach by planning and executing strategic sales initiatives, nurturing long-lasting client relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales & Business Development:
- Plan and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and extend the company's global reach.
- Meet with potential clients to grow and nurture long-lasting relationships that effectively address their needs.
- Develop and execute account-level coverage plans to maximize market penetration.
Relationship & Partner Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with respective OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the sales cycle.
Sales Process & Operations:
- Manage the entire sales process, from strategic planning to closing deals.
- Oversee and manage the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure all sales targets are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Experience:
- 5-10 years of proven experience in managing Enterprise Sales.
- A demonstrated track record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
Technical Knowledge:
- Excellent understanding of the Data & AI solution landscape, including key platforms like Informatica, Snowflake, Databricks, Cloudera, and Tableau.
- Good understanding of Public and Private Cloud Solutions, with familiarity across Azure, AWS, GCP, and Oracle.
Professional Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with a CRM platform like Salesforce.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting and reporting.
