Shift Timings: Mon to Friday + 1st and 3rd Saturday, 10 AM - 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities & KPIs:
- Develop and maintain a robust sales plan and opportunity pipeline
- Quickly qualify opportunities and strategic positioning of prospects
- Build and nurture relationships at executive, operational, and IT leadership levels
- Gain deep understanding of product/service offerings and competitive positioning
- Set clear expectations throughout sales cycles to ensure client satisfaction and future references
- Identify and support closure of sales opportunities from team members
- Cultivate new business opportunities and expand current client base
- Develop and execute tailored enterprise sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Stay informed of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
Must-Have Skills:
- 8-10+ years in Business Development
- Enterprise sales experience
- Account management
- Experience in IT infrastructure(laptop/desktop/workstations/storage servers/routers/switches/cybersecurity solution/Networking Solution) in a B2B environment
- Experience in the SI industry
- Team handling experience
- Should not have Channel Sales /Government Sales experience

Key Performance Indicators:
- Develop and maintain a sales plan and opportunity pipeline

- Set proper expectations in sales cycles resulting in positive references
