Enterprise Sales Head - Travel/SaaS

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Enterprise Sales Head to drive our growth strategy and expand our market presence in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

- Identify and secure new enterprise clients within the travel industry, leveraging an existing network and building strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability while ensuring team alignment with overall business objectives.

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams-including product, marketing, and customer success-to refine go-to-market strategies and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through effective pipeline management and closing complex sales deals.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums, establishing the organization as a thought leader in travel expense management and SaaS solutions.

- Looking for 10+ years in enterprise sales, with significant experience in SaaS and travel sales. Demonstrated success in selling enterprise-level solutions to large organizations, with a strong history of achieving or exceeding sales targets
