Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant

Job Summary:

- We are looking for an experienced ERP Consultant to implement, customize, and optimize Enterprise Resource Planning solutions for our organization/clients.

- The ERP Consultant will analyze business requirements, design system workflows, configure modules, and provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of ERP systems.

- Work with stakeholders to analyze business processes, needs, and requirements for ERP solutions.

- Design, configure, and implement ERP modules (such as Finance, HR, Operations, CRM, etc.

- Customize ERP solutions to meet specific client or business requirements.

- Conduct gap analysis between existing processes and ERP system functionalities.

- Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.

- Collaborate with developers, IT, and business teams for ERP integration with other systems.

- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth system adoption.

- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

- Monitor and ensure ERP system security, compliance, and upgrades.

- Advise management on best practices and future ERP strategy.

- Proven experience as an ERP Consultant or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or Odoo.

- Understanding of business workflows in finance, HR, supply chain, or manufacturing.

- Proficiency in SQL, system configuration, and ERP customization.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
