Role Overview: This isnt just client servicing. Its part-strategist, part-operator, part-growth partner. Were hiring a hands-on Account Manager to own client relationships, manage account P&L, and drive adoption of DocFyns suite to achieve clients marketing goals. This role is ideal for someone with 24 years of experience (not strict though), who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to grow with a startup.
Youll work closely with top-tier healthcare brands to:
Define their marketing and growth goals
Drive adoption of our platform
Monitor account P&L
And most importantly ensure they see results
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
- Onboarding & Training: Guide clients through platform setup, customization, and training for seamless adoption.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to define KPIs, design campaigns, and align DocFyns tools with their marketing objectives.
- Adoption Driver: Proactively identify underutilized features and demonstrate value to boost platform engagement.
- P&L Ownership: Monitor account profitability, track budgets, and optimize resource allocation.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, coordinating with internal teams for timely solutions.
- Feedback Loop: Relay client insights to product teams to shape roadmap priorities.
- Upsell Opportunities: Identify expansion potential (e.g., add-on modules, extended licenses).
- Market Expertise: Stay updated on healthcare marketing trends to advise clients strategically.
Requirements:
- Preferred: 2-4 years in account management. Experience in healthcare is a plus!
- Traveling to the client location may be needed early on but will remain minimal in long term. We are Remote First.
- Communication: Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Analytical: Proficiency in interpreting metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV) to guide decisions.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort with SaaS platforms, Performance Marketing, CRMs, and marketing automation tools.
- Startup Fit: Self-starter attitude, adaptable to ambiguity, and driven by high-impact roles.
