What You'll Be Doing:
- Own and close complex deals in the- mid-market and enterprise- segments.
- Lead multi-threaded deals with- CXOs and senior stakeholders.
- Execute strategic outbound motions alongside inbound opportunities.
- Leverage- MEDDPICC, SPICED, Value Prompter, or similar methodologies for high-impact discovery and deal progression.
- Articulate clear ROI and business value during sales conversations.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to feedback learnings from the field.
Expected Outcomes (First 60 Days):
- Deep understanding of our product, ICP, and competitive landscape.
- Ownership of sales pipeline with qualified mid-market/enterprise opportunities.
- Execute at least 5 high-quality, multi-threaded demos/discoveries weekly.
- Progress multiple deals to late-stage pipeline using structured sales process.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience- SaaS sales closing experience into- mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Deep- customer-first mindset-you advocate for their success before your own.
- Proven experience running multi-stakeholder, long-cycle deals with- CXOs.
- Strong command on consultative approach and- value-based selling.
- Experience selling into- US and/or UK markets.
- Track record of consistent quota attainment and sales excellence.
