Job Summary:
- The Senior Manager will lead and manage a team of 4-5 Product Owners (POs) and Product Analysts, and work closely with the US counterpart to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- This role involves engaging with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, document product definitions, and support delivery in an agile framework.
- The Senior Manager will also be the flag bearer of product practices and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with a strong understanding of technology and RCM operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 4-5 Product Owners and Product Analysts, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the US counterpart to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and document product roadmaps, scope, feature definitions, business models, and workflows.
- Agile Framework: Ensure a holistic approach focused on value delivery within an agile framework.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to gather and document user requirements, develop business cases, and contribute to funding/approval requests.
- Feature Prioritization: Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver prioritized features in Agile and DevOps frameworks.
- Communication: Create, maintain, and communicate prioritized product and team backlogs.
- Global Coordination: Work and coordinate deliverables with global teams.
- Initiative Support: Set up and support team members' initiatives as required.
- Product Practices and RCM Leadership: Be the flag bearer of product practices and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Go-Getter Attitude: Demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude to drive initiatives forward and achieve goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 12+ years in as Product Manager, Product Leader, Group Product Manager, engineering manger or similar role.
- 3+ years in an agile environment.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with global counterparts.
- Must have experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Strong understanding of technology and RCM operations.
- Proven experience in leading teams.
