
- We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of engineers, drive technical excellence, and oversee the successful delivery of projects.
- The Engineering Manager will be responsible for balancing people management with technical leadership, ensuring high-quality engineering practices, and aligning engineering initiatives with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software/IT engineers.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities.
- Ensure scalable architecture, clean code, and best engineering practices are followed.
- Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and team performance.
- Conduct regular code reviews, performance reviews, and technical guidance.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks while ensuring system security and compliance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.
- Act as a liaison between engineering teams and senior leadership.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong background in software development, architecture, and system design.
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and people management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to balance technical depth with managerial responsibilities.
