Engineering Lead - Golang/DevOps

Technical Leader:

- We are looking for a technical leader with 13+ years of experience who has risen through the ranks and has good background in Cloud, DevOps, golang, terraform.

- The person will lead the India center for XX and manage all of our teams. The candidate should have demonstrable experience and expertise in the golang and DevOps should have grown through the ranks with good development hands on experience.

- They would also prefer the person to be hands on to some extent even now.

Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar

- Experience with large-scale high-load distributed systems & performance; in building products leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and public clouds; and with CI/CD methodologies.

- Ability to quickly dive into new products and understand their inner working

- Self-driven individual who strives for continuous improvement of engineering practices, team excellence and product scalability and architecture

- Experience with agile development processes

- Excellent communication skills - you will be regularly in touch with Product, Technical Account Managers (who provide feedback from clients) and other Engineering teams.
