
Job Summary
- We are seeking an Engagement Manager to manage client relationships, oversee delivery of IT/consulting projects, and ensure customer success.
- The role requires a blend of project management, client engagement, and business development skills.
- The Engagement Manager acts as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring value delivery and long-term partnership growth.
- Act as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client business goals and align solutions to drive measurable value.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects/programs for assigned clients.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, timelines, and budget.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and consultants to resolve issues.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and escalate when needed.
- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling IT services or solutions.
- Support proposal creation, RFP responses, and contract renewals.
- Work with sales/pre-sales teams to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Manage client stakeholders at CXO and operational levels.
- Coordinate internal teams (delivery, support, sales, finance) for seamless execution.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams.
- Conduct regular status reviews and governance meetings with clients.
- Track KPIs, SLAs, and engagement health metrics.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and client presentations.
