Are you a dynamic leader with deep expertise in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) and a passion for driving plant excellence? This is your opportunity to lead operations at a high-tech, fast-paced EMS plant in Bangalore.

Role Overview EMS Head:

- Lead end-to-end plant operations SMT, PCB Assembly, Box Build, Testing

- Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 transformation

- Oversee quality, supply chain, cost control, safety, and customer satisfaction

- Drive cross-functional leadership, team development, and process innovation

Ideal Candidate:

- 15+ years in EMS or high-volume electronics manufacturing (5+ in leadership)

- Strong background in SMT, THT, Box Build, automation, MES/ERP systems

- Skilled in Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred)

- Experience in automotive, medical, or consumer electronics is a plus

- Exceptional team leadership and stakeholder management skills
