In This Role, Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:
- Create processes and tasks for the project managers and internal stakeholders.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to Project managers and other team members.
- Also Motivate/mentor the team to maintain productivity and morale.
- Resolve conflicts and create collaboration with other Stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders by providing regular updates on project status, risks, and changes to the Management/customers.
- Facilitate meetings and ensure alignment across departments whenever the issues arise.
- Track progress against KPIs and project milestones.
Who You Are:
A PMO (Project Management Office) leader plays a pivotal role in directing projects in alignment with organizational goals, optimizing resources, and ensuring consistent project delivery that meets defined targets.
The individual should demonstrate strategic thinking, analytical skills, leadership qualities, and possess strong technical knowledge in the field of the Actuators and Valves business.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Handle a team of 8 to 9 members.
- Prepare weekly project report updates for customers and management.
- Conduct frequent meetings with internal stakeholders.
- Possess technical and tool proficiency (PMIS), Oracle, and Power BI.
- Demonstrate ethical conduct and accountability.
- Conduct daily meetings with internal team members.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Minimum 1220 years of experience in project management and/or a technical background.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience in handling a team of at least 5 members.
- Ability to take quick decisions and solve problems effectively.
- Process-oriented and detail-driven.
- Strong change management skills and adaptability.
