Job Summary:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role is dynamic and experienced HR Leader to join our team. As the HR Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizations human resources strategy and HR operations. You will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment while driving initiatives that support our overall business objectives.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the BUs goals and objectives.
- Drive organizational effectiveness through talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives at BU Level.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive work culture and employee experience.
- Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee the full cycle of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Implement performance management systems to drive high performance and continuous improvement.
HR Operations and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.
Learning and Development:
- Champion learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and skill development.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful learning programs.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Proven experience of 10 to 12 years in Business Partnering or senior HR generalist, with a track record of driving HR initiatives and programs.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and analytically to solve complex HR challenges.
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
