Email Campaign Manager

Job Purpose:

- We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our Campaign Management Support team.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for email marketing campaigns, hands-on expertise in Oracle Responsys / Oracle Unity / Oracle Infinity IQ, and advanced SQL skills.

- As a key member of our Martech team, you will support end-to-end campaign execution-including setup, targeting, rollout, reporting, and optimization-while leveraging personalization strategies and data-driven insights to maximize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, data selection, rollout (creatives not included), and reporting.

- Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns across Oracle platforms (Responsys, Unity, Infinity IQ).

- Create and manage customer workflows, segmentation, and targeting strategies.

- Develop insights from complex data sets and present actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients.

- Write and optimize SQL queries using advanced PL/SQL concepts for audience creation and performance tuning.

- Conduct A/B testing and hyper-personalization campaigns to improve engagement.

- Compile campaign performance reports ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and business relevance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, accounts, creative, digital marketing) to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Education & Experience:

- 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and managing email campaigns using Oracle Responsys.

- Strong experience in Oracle Unity CDP implementation (minimum 2 customers).

- Experience in developing BI reports with Oracle Infinity IQ, including dashboard insights.

- Proven track record in hyper-personalization and A/B testing campaigns.

- Proficient in SQL / PL-SQL with expertise in writing complex queries and performance optimization.
