About the Role:

Were looking for a Delivery Leader with a founder's mindset, someone whos not just managing timelines and teams but is genuinely excited to build, scale, and evolve Elucidatas service vertical into a future-ready engine of execution.

This role will be critical to shaping how we deliver high-impact, tech-enabled data and AI/ML programs for global pharma and biotech clients. We're not just looking for operational polish, we're looking for ownership, grit, and a deep desire to make Elucidata's delivery system a competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build for Scale

- Evolve our delivery model to support scale without compromise, systematize what works, break what doesnt.

- Own the setup of repeatable, modular delivery playbooks across data harmonization, ML pilots, and platform deployments.

- Implement dashboards, KPIs, and OKRs to track efficiency, quality, and customer value.

2. Operate Like a Founder

- Take full ownership of timelines, people, and quality not just to meet expectations, but to raise the bar.

- Drive a culture of bias for action, continuous learning, and get-it-done energy across the delivery team.

3. Make Delivery a Strategic Lever

- Partner with Product, Solutions, and GTM teams to ensure delivery is tightly coupled with company goals.

- Be the voice of delivery in strategy discussions - bring frontline insights back to influence roadmaps.

4. Lead a High-Energy Team

- Build, mentor, and inspire a lean team of project leads, data scientists, and data engineers.

- Foster a culture of hustle, collaboration, and hands-on problem-solving.

- Be okay with doing before delegating.

5. Engage with Clients Deeply

- Act as a trusted delivery owner in client conversations.

- Be fluent in translating science, tech, and timelines and solving for all three.

- Protect the team while also being the face of accountability.

Must-Have Qualification:

- 6 - 10 years of experience in delivery, operations, or program execution ideally in healthcare, life sciences.

- A solid understanding of biomedical or R&D data (omics, clinical trials, real-world evidence, etc.).

- Experience owning cross-functional programs with real delivery pressure and measurable outcomes.

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with external stakeholders.

Preferred (But Not Dealbreakers)

- Hands-on experience in data science, bioinformatics, or engineering is a huge plus.

- Exposure to AI/ML in life sciences, or delivery in a SaaS/TechBio context.

- An entrepreneurial or startup stint - or a strong desire to build like youve been in one.
