What You'll Do:

We are seeking a highly motivated and accountable Product Manager capable of taking full ownership of product delivery.

The ideal candidate will manage product vision, features, and the roadmap, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and empower the team to deliver high-quality solutions.

This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the development team, driving the product vision forward and ensuring its successful execution through a well-maintained product roadmap.

What You Will Work On:

- Own the product vision: Collaborate with stakeholders and product leadership to define and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.

- Manage the product roadmap: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines upcoming features and enhancements, prioritising them based on business goals and customer feedback.

- Own the delivery: Take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of product features, ensuring alignment with the product vision, roadmap, and timelines.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, product management, and development teams to define and prioritise product features and refine the product backlog.

- Create and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring that they meet the needs of both the business and the development team.

- Prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer value, technical needs, and business objectives.

- Foster (PO) team empowerment by encouraging accountability, open communication, and a solution-oriented mindset.

- Support the team in meeting Sprint, Program Increment (PI), and release goals by facilitating collaboration across functions and removing roadblocks.

- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing changes in the product roadmap or timelines.

- Drive continuous improvement by actively participating in product reviews and incorporating feedback into the product backlog.

- Address conflicts within the team constructively, ensuring that the team remains focused and productive.

The skills and qualifications you'll need:

- Minimum 8 years of overall experience with at least 2 years experience as an agile product Manager with a focus on product delivery, vision, roadmap management and backlog management.

- Proven ability to define and maintain a product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

- Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and empower teams to follow Agile best practices.

- Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and the ability to guide teams in using these frameworks.

- Strong conflict management skills to resolve team issues and maintain a positive, highperformance team environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with stakeholders effectively, development teams, and other business units.

- Experience managing product backlogs and prioritising features based on business goals and customer feedback.

- Certification in Product Management or Agile (CSPO, SAFe) is a plus.

- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence.
