We are looking for accomplished & experienced sales professionals with a proven track record in successful positioning & ensuring we leverage our influencer network to deliver our best-performing campaigns to clients based on their requirements.

A strategic thinker who has a proven track record of scaling sales functions in terms of business development & revenue.

Responsibilities:

- Defines, outlines, and executes the lead generation programs to deliver expected lead quality conversions.

- Build strong working relationships with the clients & brands to better understand and address opportunities for growth in sales.

- Conduct initial, regular, and follow-up meetings with prospective clients/brands via online as well as offline modes.

- Reaching out to CXOs, Marketing directors, Marketing Executives, etc. who are the decision-makers in their respective organisations to Pitch Influencer Marketing & other allied services from Eleve Media.

- Generate leads using various platforms including but not limited to Linkedin Sales Navigator, outreach, cold calls, emails, CRM etc to Identify prospects, right contacts, and decision makers for business development.

- Also, Identify events within the industry which enhance referring brands and/or prospective client engagement.

- Build a strategic plan for time management each week to foster effective use of time and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs.

- Closely monitor & prepare data/report regularly for qualified opportunities, existing campaigns, outreach, and brief conversation as well as nurturing the leads/pipeline at the early stage of conversion.

- Provide continuous feedback to cross-functional teams regarding areas for potential improvement in business or operations to improve client relationships.

- Build a strong sales pipeline responsible for forecasting and detailed pipeline management for exceeding sales, new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, pricing and yield goals.

- The ability to create exciting sales pitches.

- Excellent negotiator, strong closing skills and an ability to recognize and act on great opportunities.

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

- Take responsibility for all phases of the complete sales cycle including pre-sales presentations, client persuasion, conducting negotiations, contracting terms, and client service requirements.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop client presentations to include competitive info, landscape, and ideas.

- You will develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the marketplace you work in, including regular analysis of competitor activity and identifying opportunities for new revenue streams.

Desired Qualifications and Key Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.

- 2+ years of demonstrated success in performing a business development/sales representative function with excellent digital sales acumen within an influencer Marketing Agency or Media Industry.

- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset to respond quickly to customer needs.

- Demonstrated success in meeting revenue goals and building effective relationships.

- Experience using a suite of Microsoft Office Products including PowerPoint & CRM tools.

- Ability to excel in a highly competitive environment and adaptability to a rapidly evolving media landscape.

- Ability to multi-task with strong time, project management skills and financial business acumen skills.
