EHS Manager - Trakhees Environment

About:

- Compliance with Trakhees EHS Regulations: Ensure that all yard operations fully comply with Trakhees Environment, Health & Safety Management System (EHSMS) and regulatory requirements.

- HSE Monitoring and Inspections: Conduct routine inspections and patrols of the yard area to monitor safety conditions, housekeeping, use of PPE, and safe work practices.

- Permit to Work (PTW) Administration: Review, verify, and manage the PTW system for high-risk activities such as hot work, working at heights, lifting, and confined space entry.

- Incident and Accident Management: Lead the investigation of incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions. Prepare reports and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Risk Assessment and Hazard Control: Perform site-specific risk assessments, hazard identification, and recommend/implement control measures to minimize risk exposure.

- Training and Awareness Programs: Organize and deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and periodic safety training for staff, visitors, and subcontractors.

- Emergency Preparedness and Response: Maintain emergency response plans (ERP), ensure availability of firefighting and first-aid equipment, and conduct mock drills regularly.

- Environmental Protection: Monitor waste management, chemical storage, noise, emissions, and ensure compliance with Trakhees environmental guidelines.

- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain up-to-date records of inspections, PTWs, training sessions, audits, and regulatory correspondence as per Trakhees requirements.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with project teams, contractors, Trakhees EHS inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to safety.

- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for HSE improvement, propose practical solutions, and support the implementation of safety initiatives in the yard.
