
Position: Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Strategy: Formulate and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, including potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Actively seek out and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and other proven methods.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Use insights to refine business strategies and identify competitive advantages.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Provide feedback from clients to help improve products and services.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business development activities to senior management.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
Qualifications
- Education: MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in a business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the relevant industry (e.g., technology, finance, healthcare).
Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
