About the Role:

eGrove Systems is seeking a dynamic and analytical Junior Business Analyst to join our growing team. This is a crucial role for someone who can bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. You will play a vital part in evaluating business processes, identifying key areas for improvement, and crafting solutions that drive success for our clients. Your business acumen will be instrumental in developing high-quality proposals for a range of IT projects, from custom software to AI-driven solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs.

- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).

- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose strategic, impactful solutions.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that all solutions not only meet but exceed client business needs and requirements.

- Develop compelling and competitive proposals for a variety of IT projects, including enterprise applications and digital marketing.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to a wide range of business functions.

Business Acumen:

- Strong understanding of business processes and a proven ability to anticipate requirements and uncover areas for improvement.

Background:

- 3+ years of experience in an IT development or support environment, giving you a solid foundation in how technology supports business operations.

Education:

- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline; an MBA is highly preferred.
