Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning module implementations including Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and S&OP Cloud.
- Understand client business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud SCM Planning solutions.
- Configure planning parameters, planning rules, and supply planning constraints in Oracle Fusion.
- Create, review, and optimize forecasting models, demand plans, supply plans, netting logic, and planning collections.
- Conduct CRP, SIT, UAT, and facilitate user training and documentation for planning users.
- Support integration with Oracle Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Manufacturing modules.
- Analyze planning exceptions, KPIs, supply-demand mismatches, and help business teams make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and data load (FBDI/ADFdi) requirements.
- Drive continuous improvements and best practices in planning processes using Oracle Cloud capabilities.
- Provide production support, resolve issues, and lead change requests post-go-live.
Required Skills & Expertise:
Core Functional Expertise:
- Oracle Cloud Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes: Forecasting, Supply-Demand matching, Constraints, Safety Stock, Lead Times
- Experience with Planning Work Areas, Planning Analytics, Supply Plans, and Forecast Consumption
Configuration & Tools:
- Oracle Cloud Functional Setup Manager (FSM)
- Planning collections from source systems (EBS, Fusion, legacy)
- FBDI, ADFdi for data upload and maintenance
- Working knowledge of Planning Workbench, Planning Analytics, Pegging, and Exception Handling
Integration & Reporting (Good to Have):
- Understanding of OTBI, BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs for integration with third-party systems
- Awareness of integration touchpoints with Inventory, OM, Procurement, and Manufacturing
Project Experience:
- 2+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning implementations
- Hands-on experience with global rollouts, multi-org, or multi-country planning environments
- Experience in Agile or Hybrid implementation methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud Certification in Supply Chain Planning (preferred)
- Domain experience in Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, or Automotive
- Experience with legacy planning tools like Demantra, ASCP, or Kinaxis is an added advantage
